According to new documents obtained by TMZ.com, exes Katy Perry and Russel Brand have arrived at a settlement in their divorce.
Brand filed for divorce from Perry in 2011 citing irreconcilable differences for the breakdown of their marriage. Perry’s lawyers responded by filing their own documents in a Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.
Perry uses her real name , Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, in the documents which reveal that the estranged couple have agreed on how to divide their joint assets from their short-lived union.
The papers state that both parties have formulated a comprehensive written agreement about how all their possessions are to be split between them.
Perry has added a request to resume her maiden name once the divorce comes through.
