Movie Critic Gene Shalit who reviewed movies for the ‘Today’ show for 40 years is now hanging his boots. On Thursday, the show will air a tribute to the 84 year old Shalit who was widely remembered for his bushy hair and mustache. Last movie he reviewed was ‘Shrek Forever After’ in May.
In a press release, Gene says that he will continue work in commercials and on the internet.
