Hillary Duff wore a stunning black and silver strapless dress as she hit the red carpet at the Annual Global Action Awards night in California on Friday.
The 23-year-old actress-singer was dressed in a floor length printed chiffon gown for the gala. Earrings and a slim bangle along with a large leather wristlet completed her look for the night. She wore her hair in soft curls and sported daring red lip colour to finish off her ensemble.
