Salma Hayek, ever an Alexander McQueen fan decided to don his creation at the MET Gala event, as if to pay a tribute to him and did complete justice to the star fashion designer, who passed away last year.
Salma wore a figure hugging nude gown, which was draped around her svelte figure. The sheer chiffon fabric, asymmetrical design, the rose corsage and the draped look – all made Salma surely one of the best dressed women that night.

As if to keep all the attention on the designer dress, Salma kept the rest of her look fairly simple – fresh and glowing face and her shoulder length hair parted in the middle to fall into medium curls, framing her beautiful face. She accessorized using Gucci jewels and a McQueen clutch.
