French actress Frederique Bel nailed the look at the Habemus Papam (We have a Pope) premiere recently at the Cannes film festival.

At an event where you are supposed to be your best dressed self, Bel chose wisely, to wear a red bustier dress from the French Fashion label ’Paule Ka’s’ black carpet collection.
The collection is an ode to the haute couture designs that have seen the light of the day, on the red carpets of Hollywood and the Cannes.
Frederique’s little red dress was flirty – a fitted bustier flowing into a pleated voluminous skirt. The self fabric sewn on belt with a delicate bow added more glamour to the dress.

Frederique wore red peep toes by Paule ka to the occasion. She carried a black tassel clutch. What was certainly out of the ordinary was her black and red kooky bicycle necklace. It sure brought an element of kink to a well dressed Frederique.
Bel’s make up was simple and classy, with some red on her lips to match her outfit and lined eyes. Her rich golden short hair was parted on the side and fell on either side, covering her ears.
An impressive look, with a dress to die for, Frederique sure looked gorgeous at the Cannes.
