According to a U.S. report, Paris Hilton’s reality show will go off the air after just one season.
New York Magazine reported that The World According to Paris, Hilton’s latest venture, has not been signed on for a second season.
The series premiered on Oxygen in June. The show received scathing reviews, and was watched by just 400,000 viewers. Ratings continued to fall as the show progressed and producers decided not to renew the show.
A representative for the show told TMZ.com that after the show completed its run, no decision had been made to pick it up again.
Hilton has had prior success with reality shows, the most noted being The Simple Life which ran for five seasons and had an almost cult-like following.
