Making her foray into the world of words, singer Jennifer Hudson is on a natural high as she jets around the country to sign copies of her new book Jennifer Hudson I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down. Her book tells the story of how she lost over 80 pounds, something we’ve all been wondering since we started seeing a healthier, slimmer Jennifer over the last year. At a recent signing in Barnes and Noble in Skokie, Illinois, she looked spiffy and cute in a casual little black dress, the sole purpose of which was to incite our curiosity about her weight loss so we would buy her books.
Jennifer short-sleeved black mini dress had a slightly ruffled skirt that gave her a youthful girlish look. She paired the dress with black boots and polka-dotted black stockings, the latter perfectly drawing attention to her slimmer pins. The 30-year-old accessorized with simple stud earrings, a couple of bracelets and finger rings. She completed her look with a lovely fishtail braid, and some mascara and soft pink lips in the way of makeup.
