Actress Angelina Jolie is a red carpet pro. What’s really amazing is that her outfits are always spot on. Seen again in winning number at the Shrine Auditorium on January 29 where she was attending the 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards, the star proved once more that she is a fashion lover’s delight.
Arriving with partner long-time partner Brad Pitt, Angelina was soon pulled away for individual photos by shouts from photographers clamoring for a good picture of her stunning ensemble. She wore a black full-length gown by Jenny Packham with a halter neck in a Grecian-inspired draped style. A slim, almost-imperceptible black belt gave way to pleats on the skirts on the front of the dress. It was backless too, showing off more skin than is usual for her, and giving us a a glimpse of her numerous tattoos.
Known for her minimalist but poignant jewelry, she didn’t disappoint with her chunky gold bracelet and her black and gold circle earrings that offset the dress admirably.
Angelina pulled her hair back behind the ears, wearing it loose and sleek. Her smoky eyes were done up in shades of copper and gray adding mystery to her already striking appearance while her world-famous pout bore only a light layer of nude gloss.
The stunning mother of six is usually dressed in black. Normally, you would get tired of seeing someone in the same color over and over. But Angelina looks drop-dead gorgeous every single time so she’s got this down to perfection and we wouldn’t change a thing.
