Continuing with the fun styles that we spotted at some pre-Oscar events, Bai Ling caught our attention as she arrived at “The Gentlemen’s Closet” 2012 Pre-Oscar Gala presented by Chivas, Ekquality Style Hause and Styling the Modern Man which was held at Siren Studios in Los Angeles, California on February 24.
The 45-year-old Chinese actress wore an abstract-patterned black and white bulky mini dress with dramatic off-shoulder sleeves. She accessorized the outfit with a polka-dotted neon green tie, an embellished heart-shaped silver clutch purse and black leather boots.
This outfit stays true to her edgy style and Bai works her quirkiness into it even more with silver-glitter nail tips.
The fashion-forward brunette stuck to her signature straight hairstyle with front-combed bangs, completing her party-until-dawn look with very ‘in’ orange lipstick and dark eye makeup.
Bai Ling proves that you can make or break an ensemble with accessories. As usual, hers are totally rocking. The neon touch is inspired by the latest trend of neon colors on the ramp, especially at Nanette Lepore’s S/S 2012 showing recently. Her silver clutch is a cute and memorable addition to the outfit.
