Bollywood actors Huma Qureshi, Shruti Hassan, Irfan Khan and Arjun Rampal were in New Delhi, India on July 15 to promote their new film “D-Day” which premieres on July 19. The rest of the main cast – Rishi Kapoor and Sunil Kulkarni – were not present at the event.

Huma sported a green maxi dress for the event, sheer at the waist and on the upper bust and sleeves, and embellished with bronze floral detailing on the waist and right shoulder. She rounded it off with pointy gold heels.

Shruti also took the floor-sweeping route in a grey gown with a high neckline and a draped, pleated skirt.

The neckline of the gown was lit up with jewellery-style embellishments that looked like multiple necklaces around her neck. She went on to add her own touches of glamour with a chunky cuff bracelet, stud earrings and a couple of statement rings.

A side-swept ponytail and natural makeup provided the finishing touches.
Movie “D-Day”
D-Day is an a crime-thriller directed by Nikhil Advani and co-produced by DAR motion pictures and Emmay Entertainment Private Limited. The film has been getting a lot of media attention for several reasons. The first has to be Shruti, daughter of popular south Indian star Kamal Hassan, who was featured on the cover of Maxim magazine in a very sexy avatar. Her chemistry with co-star Arjun is also evident from the promos and is garnering interest from the media and her fan base alike.

Another reason the film has been in the spotlight is because Arjun will be playing the role of an RAW agent, something he has not portrayed before. Plus, this is the first time that he appears on-screen with veteran actor Rishi Kapoor.
A special screening of the film was held for the B-town fraternity on Sunday and the reviews appear to be mostly positive so far.
