Sonam and Ayushmann Promote “Bewakoofiyan” at YRF Get a Job Campaign

Bollywood actors Sonam Kapoor and Ayushmann Khurrana promoted their upcoming film “Bewakoofiyaan” in Mumbai, India on March 12, 2014 by being a part of the Yash Raj Studios Get a Job campaign.

The duo interviewed candidates for the much-coveted position at the two-hour event. Initially, applicants were asked to apply online but the response was so overwhelming that YRF closed online applications and only those who could be squeezed into this small two-hour time windows could offer up their resumes for consideration too.

Meanwhile, Sonam and Ayushmann had a fun time together, sharing jokes, hugs and kisses. Their chemistry was great to watch. And on that point, Ayushmann said that when he first learned he’d be doing a film opposite Sonam, he wasn’t so sure that they would have any chemistry at all.

But, he said, it turned out that he found her really sweet and simple and they hit it off instantly.

He also said that Sonam has helped him develop his fashion sense. He related how there were many times when he thought something looked good but she would totally hate it. So he started sending her pictures of the clothes he was going to wear beforehand and she helped with suggestions and tips on why something did or did not work.

The fashionista, who was recently voted as a teen icon, looked like a princess in a pale blue dress, strappy shoes and diamond jewellery. With her hair in a braided updo and her makeup just perfect, it’s no surprise that she had an influence on her fashion-disabled co-star.

So why were these two at the Get a Job campaign of all things? Because he plays a marketing executive in the film and that’s exactly the position that is open at YRF.
