Kangana Ranaut leaned fully into festive maximalism for Navratri celebrations in Chhattisgarh, stepping out in a richly detailed Torani look that felt dramatic, rooted and beautifully theatrical.

The deep red ensemble was covered in intricate embroidery, mirror work, shells, tassels and traditional motifs, creating a surface that felt almost storytelling in itself. The silhouette had a strong folk inspired character, with a fitted embellished blouse, a voluminous skirt and a drape that added movement and depth.

What really elevated the look was the jewellery. Kangana layered a striking oxidised necklace by Apala by Sumit, while earrings, ear cuffs, hand cuffs and a waist accessory from Silver Streak added even more texture. A sculptural fish ear cuff, nose ring and stacked rings pushed the styling further without losing cohesion.

Her hair was kept sleek and braided, decorated with small traditional accents, while the makeup focused on elongated black liner, softly sculpted skin and delicate face detailing. The result felt powerful rather than overly polished.

Styled by Sukriti Grover, the look tapped beautifully into the spirit of Navratri. Rich red, strong silver jewellery and handcrafted detailing came together in a way that felt celebratory, devotional and fashion forward at the same time.
This was not quiet festive dressing.
It was full Devi energy, and Kangana carried it with complete conviction.
