Reality TV stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will renew their wedding vows. The couple who has been dating off and on since 2006, has been married twice to each other but insists that this new ceremony will be like a first wedding.
In an interview to ET, Montag confessed that she was very excited about vow renewal and so was Pratt.
