Super stylish Blake Lively made an appearance at the amfAR New York Gala in a gorgeous strapless Alexander McQueen dress. The event to kick off Fall 2011 Fashion Week at Cipriani Wall Street was held in NYC on Wednesday.
Lively accessorized her floor length printed gown with Christian Louboutin shoes and jewels by Lorraine Schwartz. She wore her shiny blond locks loose and wore nude makeup.
