Famed actress Sarah Ramirez from the “Grey’s Anatomy” attended the NAACP Image awards this year in a silver-grey lacy gown. The one shoulder dress was taken from the Spring 2011 collection of designer Tadashi Shoji. The simple dress with a straight silhouette did not have too many distracting design elements. It just featured a grey ribbon waist band tied off-centre. Sarah carried a contrasting golden clutch bag with her dress. Her short hairstyle highlights her face and the makeup is done to perfection.
