Family and friends of Amy Winehouse will say their final goodbyes to the tragic artist at her funeral on Tuesday.
Winehouse, 27, was found dead by an aide at her home in London on Saturday. Since then, people close to the soul start have been observing shiva – the Jewish mourning period – at the Winehouse family home.
An announcement was made by a representative of the family on Monday stating that Winehouse will be buried this Tuesday. The details of the ceremony have not been disclosed in an attempt to keep the event private.
Winehouse was just as famous for her addiction to drugs and drinking as she was for her powerful voice. The cause of her death remains unknown as a post-mortem exam proved inconclusive.
