Singer Leona Lewis is the new ambassador for The Body Shop. Leona is a staunch advocate for animal’s rights plus a vegetarian from childhood which makes her more than just a pretty face fronting the cruelty-free brand. She is, in fact, currently on a campaign with them for a total ban on animal testing as well as pushing for fair trade. The news of the alliance was announced at a photocall held at the Westfield London Shopping Centre branch in London, UK on March 27.

The Bleeding Love hitmaker went with a very modest look for the event. She donned a full-sleeved flowy black dress with off-white detailing on the collar and upper bust. It was quite a short number but the dusky star chose to cover up her legs with black tights.
She accessorized with a trendy pair of lace-up black and white stilettos, and a few dainty pieces of jewellery.
We like that she toned down her avatar for the event, thus ensuring that the issues were in the limelight rather than her celebrity status.

Leona styled her blonde hair in curls at a salon visit a few days ago. The feminine do kept well in the interim. Her ringlets trailed down her shoulders from a side parting, otherwise left loose.
A pop of icy pink on her lips and smokey eye makeup completed her look.
