Charlize Theron brought her signature confidence and a little fashion drama to amfAR Dallas 2026, where she was honoured with the prestigious Award of Inspiration for her humanitarian work.

For the occasion, the Oscar-winning actress chose a striking Givenchy ensemble by Sarah Burton, swapping the traditional evening gown for something far more unconventional.

Her look featured a black knitted sliced vest paired with voluminous wool pattern-piece trousers. The dramatic proportions created an almost gown-like silhouette, while the structured construction gave the outfit a contemporary, architectural edge.

Adding a playful touch was Givenchy’s powder puff jewellery belt, which brought a hint of sparkle to the monochromatic ensemble. She completed the look with black Mobile zipped mules, keeping the styling sharp and modern.
Her edgy updo with side-swept bangs complemented the outfit beautifully, while smoky eyes and nude lips added a polished finishing touch.
Beyond the fashion, the evening recognised Theron’s commitment to HIV/AIDS awareness and her work through the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, which supports young people across Southern Africa.
With its unexpected silhouette and confident styling, this was a refreshing departure from conventional red carpet glamour. Bold, sophisticated and unmistakably Charlize!
