Promoting a film is fun but hard work, something that has to be done right until the day of its actual release and for some time after. The horror flick 1920: Evil Returns premiered on November 2 and the actors were involved in nationwide promo events right to the end.

Bollywood actress Tia Bajpai who stars as a possessed woman in the film took on the task of heading the gimmicky promos that are a must in B-town today. You may remember that during the initial promotions consisted of the venues being turned into graveyards with coffins and tombstones with the cast hanging out around them. Further promotions for the film have had Tia visiting multiplexes in the costume she wears for her eerie role.

That’s what we were expecting at a recent promo event in Mumbai, but Tia reverted to her girl-next-door look for that one. She sported a lacy, knee-length dress with pointy silver shoes and swept her glossy, wavy hair over her shoulder to complete her look.

We’re betting she already has a battalion of fans which will turn up at theatres this evening just to watch her, regardless of how good or bad the movie already is. The trailers and reviews have been encouraging so far, so a trip to the cinema is definitely on the cards for this weekend.
