The first look posters of Ayan Mukherjee’s romantic film, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani is all set to make a splash. The Karan Johar and UTV Motion Pictures produced film revealed its first two posters to the media. The movie stars two of India’s leading actors, the gorgeous Deepika Padukone and the talented Ranbir Kapoor.

The first poster saw Ranbir and Deepika in a party mode with the two actors dancing away in glory with a shimmery gold backdrop. Ranbir looked stylish in a black and white shirt and trousers while Deepika looked sultry in a black and fuschia chiffon sari with a sexy choli. A chunky black watch on Ranbir’s wrist looked great with his look whereas, Deepika added stone encrusted earrings, an armful of bangles and a bright lip colour to her ensemble.

In the second poster, a holi scene was infused with the Dhol playing Ranbir and the happy go lucky Deepika, who were both drenched with colours. Here, Deepika wore a red shirt and white hot pants with splashes of abir (colour powder). Ranbir was seen enthusiastically playing the Dhol in colour-soaked check shirt, denims and a head band.
The posters screamed, “Celebrate Love” on May 31st, the date when the movie is due to release. The story revolves around a travel host named Bunny played by Ranbir and a girl-next-door, played by Deepika who fall in love. It is a romantic fun-filled film and we expect a lot of chemistry between the two. After emotionally draining and intense movies like Rockstar and Barfi! we are waiting with abated breath for this light hearted Bollywood flick. Yeh Jawaani hai Deewani is all set to release on the 31st of May and surely, you all will go on a pre-booking spree!
