Megan Fox handed out the Best Villain Award to Mickey Rouke at the Spike TV’s Scream Awards on Saturday. The 24 year old actress stepped out in a short peach dress for the event held in Los Angeles. Iron Man 2 actor, Mickey and Megan have co-starred in the upcoming flick Passion Play.
