‘Glee’ babe Lea Michaels has teamed up with PETA to seek a ban on horse-drawn carriages. The carriages are a major tourist attraction in New York and spend the day catering to visitors in the city but Lea feels that it is not ethical.
Michaels will appear in a string of posters and videos to help drawn people’s attention to the cause. The actress talked about the plight of horses saying that they are overworked and forced to breathe in the polluted air in addition to being forced to live in small stables.
