Musician Anna Calvi has more than just musical skills. The Brit beauty showed us that she knows a thing or two about putting together a successful ensemble as she arrived at the NME Awards 2012 at O2 Academy Brixton in London on February 29.
Anna decided to go with an all black outfit that reflected her musical heritage.
She sported loose-fitting black pants that were cut a few inches above the ankle and had large black buttons on the front. The waist of the pants was cinched in by a thick black band.
She paired the baggy bottoms with a front-buttoned, long-sleeved black shirt with gold detailing along the buttons and also above the cuffs.
Her rock-chick look was accessorized with black peep-toe pumps, a gold bracelet and a dramatic gold chain with a prominent lion’s head pendant.
To emphasize the rocker feel, she gave her hair a deep side parting and styled it in retro curls. She completed her look with bold red lips and brilliantly glamorous dark eye makeup.
