It’s the season for reinvention! First we saw singer Victoria Justice in an animal print outfit that is a far cry from her usual style. Country star Taylor Swift seems to be desperate for a change in her own wardrobe too. As she arrived at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on July 22 for the 2012 Teen Choice Awards, she sported a sexy little number that deviates greatly from the sparkly, girly ensembles that she normally sports.

Filmy, off-white cocktail dress by Maria Lucia Hohan
Taylor donned a low-cut, off-white dress of silk that flowed smoothly around the contours of her lithe figure. The delicate frock had an interesting back, low-cut and held together by nude fabric that gave the illusion of bare skin. The waist of the dress was tightened by a fabric braid, giving way to flowy skirt that fell inches above the knees. She finished off her look with pale pink slingback heels by Prada, a Lorraine Scwartz diamond bracelet, dangle earrings, and a matching clutch purse by Edie Parker.
Hair and Makeup:
Wavy updo; dark eyes
The 22-year-old didn’t change her hairstyle much. She still went with wavy blonde locks which were pulled back into a chignon. A soft pink on her lips, cheeks and around her lined, mascarraed eyes completed her red carpet look.
