Former beauty queen Tara Conner was in a festive mood as she arrived for the 2013 Caron New York City Annual Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City, New York on May 15.

The 27-year-old donned a figure-hugging dress, embellished entirely in black sequins. It featured full sleeves, a high hemline that showed off her slim pins, and a low V neckline that exposed just a bit of tasteful décolletage. Needless to say, she shimmered every time she moved. Not that she needed any extra help in getting attention from the shutterbugs.

The outfit was accessorized with nude peep-toes which allowed her metallic black pedicure and star tattoos on her foot to stand out.
