Cardi B arrived at Roberto Cavalli’s Spring/Summer 2027 show in Milan dressed exactly for the house she was there to see: bold, animal printed and impossible to ignore.
For the September 24 show, the rapper wore a dramatic tiger print Roberto Cavalli look with a plunging neckline, a corseted shape through the body and a floor sweeping furry hem. She finished it with pointed animal print heels, oversized dark sunglasses and a gold snake necklace, pushing the look firmly into full Cavalli territory.
The Look Was All About Excess
Nothing about the styling was meant to be quiet.
The animal print already carried plenty of visual impact, but the long silhouette and exaggerated fur trim gave it even more movement. The corseted construction kept the outfit controlled through the waist, balancing the volume at the hem.
Her accessories stayed within the same maximalist language. The snake necklace added another layer of animal symbolism, while the oversized sunglasses gave the look a harder, more polished finish.
Cardi wore her hair in a voluminous blowout, keeping the beauty look glamorous enough to stand up against such a strong outfit.
A Perfect Match for the Show
The look also felt completely aligned with Fausto Puglisi’s SS27 collection for Roberto Cavalli.
The runway itself was packed with leopard, zebra, florals, feathers and heavily embellished denim, all pushing the house’s familiar ideas of glamour, sensuality and animal instinct.
So Cardi did not simply attend the show. She dressed like she belonged inside it.
That is what made the appearance work. The outfit was theatrical, but it was also completely in tune with Cavalli’s world of excess.
