Irina Shayk has stepped into Agent Provocateur’s Fall Winter 2026 world, and the mood is dark, controlled and very cinematic.

For the new campaign, the supermodel is introduced as the brand’s “Neo Diva”, a woman who does not need to perform confidence because she already owns it. Shot by Steven Klein and styled by Patti Wilson, the campaign strips things back to a few strong elements: a glossy black car, a lacquered chair, stockings, lingerie and Irina’s almost unnerving stillness.

The result feels less like a conventional lingerie campaign and more like a fashion film frozen into still images.

Irina Shayk Brings the Drama Without Overdoing It

The strongest thing about the campaign is how little Irina actually needs to do.

She sits, leans and holds the frame with a very controlled energy while the lighting does much of the work around her. Deep shadows, synthetic light and the shine of the black car create a moody, almost noir atmosphere. It is glamorous, but not in a soft or romantic way. There is something colder and more self possessed about it.

That restraint suits Irina perfectly. She has the kind of face and posture that can carry a campaign without exaggerated posing, and here that stillness becomes the whole point.

The “Neo Diva” Is More Than a Pretty Campaign Name

Agent Provocateur is using the campaign to define a new kind of femininity.

The “Neo Diva” is not presented as someone performing seduction for anyone else. Her power comes from confidence, control and being completely comfortable in her own skin. Creative director Sarah Shotton described Irina as having an extraordinary presence and said watching her become the Agent Provocateur woman felt especially powerful. That makes the campaign feel more current than old school pin up imagery, even though it borrows some of that language visually.

The Lingerie Moves Between Soft and Sharp

The collection itself plays heavily with contrast. The Josephina bodysuit uses Italian stretch lace with floral embroidery and a custom monogram, giving the piece a romantic, almost archival feel. The Lottina range goes in a lighter direction with sheer open net tulle and chiffon frills, bringing a clear 1980s influence into the mix.

Then there is the Dioni silhouette, which turns up the drama with a plunging shape, Swiss laser cut embroidery, structured straps and crystal detailing. Elsewhere, pieces such as Bernadette, Nelle, Andie, Delphina and Mindiekeep moving between mesh, floral embroidery, sheer panels and lace. Visually, that gives the campaign a lot of range without breaking its dark mood.

The Images Feel More Like Fashion Than Lingerie Advertising

What makes the shoot interesting is how much attention is given to shape and texture. In the images, Irina wears fine silk stockings, embroidered lingerie and lacquered details that catch the light against the dark setting. The styling often makes the underwear feel almost like eveningwear, especially when paired with the strong posture, glossy surfaces and cinematic composition.

That is important because Agent Provocateur is clearly pushing the idea that lingerie does not have to remain hidden. The pieces are treated as part of a full wardrobe, moving between underwear, outerwear and statement dressing.

Why Irina Shayk Is the Right Face

Irina works here because she already has that mix of polish and edge that Agent Provocateur likes. She can look glamorous without becoming delicate, and powerful without looking aggressive. That balance is exactly what the “Neo Diva” concept needs.

The campaign is seductive, but it never feels overly busy. There is no need for dramatic scenery or excessive styling tricks. Irina, the lingerie and the light are enough.

A New Chapter for Agent Provocateur

Since its beginnings in Soho in 1994, Agent Provocateur has built its identity around provocation, confidence and a refusal to treat lingerie as something purely private. The Fall Winter 2026 campaign updates that attitude for a new generation, especially women who grew up with the brand and are now interpreting its codes in their own way.

That is what makes the “Neo Diva” idea work. It is not about nostalgia. It is about taking old glamour and making it feel sharper, calmer and more self aware.

Glamcheck Take

Irina Shayk does not need to oversell this campaign. The dark lighting, the car, the stockings and that almost motionless confidence do the job.

Agent Provocateur’s Fall Winter 2026 collection feels sexy, but more importantly, it feels controlled. And Irina wears that mood perfectly.
