From heavenly wings to devil horns, Irina Shayk knows how to make a dramatic transformation!
Fresh from her angelic appearance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026, the supermodel switched sides for Halloween, embracing her darker alter ego in a striking, head-to-toe red ensemble.
Sharing a series of sultry photographs on Instagram, Irina captioned the look, “Angel turned devil.” And judging by the pictures, she had every intention of making this devilishly glamorous.
Irina Shayk Turns Up the Heat in Red Latex

For her Halloween transformation, Irina slipped into a glossy, skin-tight red latex catsuit that hugged her figure from neck to ankle.
The high-neck, long-sleeved design kept the silhouette sleek and uninterrupted, allowing the fiery colour and reflective finish to do all the talking.
She paired the outfit with matching pointed-toe red stilettos and a pair of sharp devil horns peeking through her dark hair.

There were no elaborate wings, oversized props or theatrical prosthetics here. Just a simple devil costume executed with plenty of high-fashion attitude.
And Irina certainly knew how to work it.
In one photograph, she struck a daring floor pose with one leg extended dramatically towards the ceiling, creating a striking shadow against the white wall. Other images captured her in moody red lighting, giving the entire shoot a dark, seductive atmosphere.
Vintage Hollywood Hair Meets Devilish Makeup

The beauty styling was just as captivating as the outfit.
Irina traded her usual brunette waves for glossy, jet-black hair styled in sculpted finger waves around her forehead, with soft curls framing her face.
The hairstyle brought a touch of old Hollywood glamour to the otherwise futuristic latex look.

Her makeup leaned into the dramatic theme with shimmering metallic eyelids, sharply winged eyeliner, sculpted cheeks and deep, glossy burgundy-red lips.
Long red nails added the finishing touch, perfectly complementing the monochromatic costume.
The contrast between the vintage-inspired beauty and the bold latex outfit gave the look an interesting fashion-editorial quality.
From Victoria’s Secret Angel to Halloween Devil

The timing made the transformation even more playful.
Just weeks earlier, Irina had appeared on the Victoria’s Secret runway in an angel-inspired ensemble complete with white wings. Now, she was embracing the opposite side of the fantasy.
It’s a clever Halloween switch, and one that suits Irina’s ability to move effortlessly between glamorous runway appearances and daring fashion imagery.
With her fiery red catsuit, sculpted black waves and unapologetically dramatic poses, Irina Shayk delivered a Halloween look that was equal parts glamorous and mischievous.
Who says the devil can’t be fashionable?
