Everyone has long looked forward to the Kareena Kapoor-Imran Khan starrer “Gori Tere Pyaar Mein”. B-town celebrities too. Fortunately for them, they got to watch the film before anyone else at a special screening in Mumbai, India on November 21, 2013, a day before the nationwide release.
Imran arrived with his wife Avantika Malik. She looked really cute in a little black dress that had a leather feel. Natural makeup and long, loose locks completed her look. He, meanwhile, sported a very similar look to all his promo events of late – a black buttoned tee with pale green pants. We swear we’ve seen those bottoms on him before.

His co-star Kareena went with a very laidback, chilled-out ensemble that had many people comparing her to her hubby Saif Ali Khan. She wore black harem pants, a transparent black vest which showed off the polka-dot straps of her black bra, and a printed blue bandana around her head. Minimal makeup completed her rockstar chick avatar.

Sexy, sultry Kangana Ranaut looked sleek and business-like in a striped shirt and black pants. She rounded off the ensemble with a teal handbag and strappy coral heels. Her neutral outfit was complemented by neutral makeup – a good choice as it made her memorable features really stand out.

Film-maker Karan Johar was also at the screening. He wore his usual spiffy black suit and black pants, but left something to be desired on the grooming front. He was accompanied by his mother Hiroo Johar who sported a vibrant purple salwar kameez that had lovely white floral embroidery on the neckline, cuffs and hem.

Kiran Rao came too but without hubby Aamir Khan. She too wore black harem pants and a black vest top, although her vibe was very different from Kareena’s. Her dual-tone bellies and orange jacket ensured that her look was a little more staid in comparison.

Sonal Chauhan was rocking the monochrome trend in very fitted black pants with gold zipper detailing and a white vest top. She accessorized the outfit with white loafers, a brown watch and a brown handbag.
