Fashion designer Amy Billimoria is jumping on the eco bandwagon. She recently launched a unique initiative Earth 21, an eco-friendly collection, in Mumbai, India on May 28, 2014.

Joining Amy in her latest venture was Bollywood actress Zarine Khan who modelled one of the designer’s finest pieces from the line. She wore a metallic gold bustier top paired with lime green tie-up skirt featuring a thigh-high slit and a generous train.

Zarine wasn’t the only one strutting her stuff. Amy too was all decked out in one of her own designs – a gorgeous silver and pink metallic number.

Amy took Zarine around the store and showed off her new collection. While you may think eco-friendly means the collection itself is environmentally friendly, that’s not quite what it means this time. Rather, a tree will be planted for every dress sold from this line.
