The Hindu festival Karva Chauth was celebrated with much gusto all over the country on 11th October, 2014. Not to be left behind, our Bollywood celebs also took part in the festival with full zest. A lot of the celebs were seen opting for yellow in their choice of garment; we bring you three of our favourite celeb Karva Chauth looks.
The stunning Sridevi Kapoor went with her favourite designer – Sabyasachi for Karva Chauth. And when it is Sabyasachi, how can anything wrong! The gorgeous orange yellow saree and embroidered green blouse looked perfect on Sridevi. She went overdose with her jewellery opting for traditional Indian jewellery, complete with red lips, bindi and sindoor. Add to that a gold Bottega Veneta clutch and we have a beautiful Karva Chauth look. We believe when Sri Devi said “I love to dress almost like a bride during Karva Chauth”. Love it!

Shilpa Shetty opted for a gota embellished pale yellow colored sari. Multiple traditional bangles, chunky necklace and delicate earrings completed the look. The pretty actress even enacted snippets from their karva Chauth celebrations and posed for the paparazzi along with her husband Raj Kundra. Are we saying Awwww, so cute?
