Aesthetic physician and celebrity cosmetologist, Dr. Jamuna Pai made her debut as an author with her book ‘No One Has to Know’, the ultimate skin care and anti ageing guide. The book was launched by special guest Kokilaben Ambani, Dr. Pai and Deepti Salgaonkar at an event in Mumbai on January 2, 2015.
The book boasts of testimonials from A-list clients like Malaika Arora Khan, Gauri Khan, Rocky S, Vikram Phadnis, Mandira Bedi, Arjun Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Sonu Nigam, Terence Lewis, etc. Thus, it was no surprise that the launch event was a star studded one. Another highlight from the evening was a sensational dance performance by the popular and talented Terence Lewis crew.

The evening was opened by Mandira Bedi who turned up in a figure hugging gown featuring lace detailing and a thigh high split. Red lips and bold statement earrings completed the look.

The event saw most of the celebs going for black and monochrome colors. Lisa Ray was spotted in a black and white jumpsuit which she paired with strappy heels. Gorgeous jewelleries from Amrapali by Manish Malhotra added some glitz. Her look was completed with a slightly severe pulled back hair-do, light make-up and bright lips.

Also going for the black look (which is also her personal favourite), Lisa Haydon kept her look simple in a black top and black skinnies. Her make-up was kept neutral with a hint of gloss. Her look thankfully received some color from her red pumps.

Dr. Pai was escorted on stage by a dapper looking Arjun Kapoor. He kept the look formal in a dark navy striped suit.
The sale proceeds of ‘No One Has to Know’ will be utilised to help acid attack victims. A team of leading surgeons will work on restoring their scarred skin and thereby give them a ray of hope. Further, those victims who want to pursue a career in beauty treatments will be trained by Dr. Pai herself, with all expenses borne by her.
Dr. Pai spoke to the media and expressed her happiness that she was able to do her bit to help the tragic acid attack victims so that they can face the world with renewed confidence.
Dr. Pai is the founder of Blush Clinic and she has completed 20 years in the beauty industry.
