The actress was dressed in a long silk skirt and a body suit, both in beige. She wore leather and metal sandals and a pearl insect brooch, all of which were from the S/S 2011 collection of Lanvin.
23 year old Lively was there to present the award for the Most Anticipated Movie to Ryan Reynolds for the eagerly awaited superhero flick, Green Lantern. Blake co-stars with Ryan in the movie.
