Spears’ representatives have requested that the sexual harassment lawsuit filed against the singer be moved to a probate court. Spears has been sued by her ex-bodyguard, Fernando Flores who alleges that the pop queen repeatedly made sexual advances towards him and even went to the lengths of appearing nude in front of him.
According to a report by TMZ.com, Flores wanted the trial in a civil court but Britney’s conservators are afraid that many personal details about the singer will be divulged during the hearing which may put her in danger. Court will hear the matter later this month.
