Mel Gibson will sit across the table from estranged girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva for a custody case for year-old daughter, reports TMZ.com. According to Oksana’s lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, Oksana has vowed to actively participate in the disposition and has prepared questions for Mel to reply.
It is likely that audio tapes of Mel verbally abusing Roxana will be played.
