The white and blue gown from Emilio Pucci Spring 2011 collection featured cut-out detailing at the top with a thigh-high split flowy skirt.
Ciara completed her look with a pair of black ankle cuff heels, earrings, bangles and rings. Her long tresses were set loose with a central parting.
