Cannes has been bag full of excellent surprises on the red carpet, premiers and shows. One such show stopper of the evening was the “Hollaback Girl”, singer and songwriter Gwen Stefani. She was spotted at the 64th Annual Cannes Film Festival – “The Tree of Live” Premiere with her beau Musician Gavin Rossdale.

Gwen took everybody by storm in the black glittering sequined jumpsuit with a plunging neckline by Stella McCartney. The plunging neckline has become a style statement with almost every celebrity who has walked the red carpet.
From her variation between straight and curly, wavy locks, she chose to stick to the latter. Her pearl yellow tresses were left open with a small twisted bun on one side of the head and neatly combed back on the other side.

Her voluminous curls gave her the perfect rock star image that she has. The makeup was an absolute success with blush strokes accentuating her higher cheek bones and the smudgy smoky eyes bringing a mysterious appeal to them. The eye shadow was a mix of dark blue and metal starting from the inside of the eyelids and fading towards the outside.
The usual red lip color was replaced by a bright pink hue. The hair and makeup gave way for her sharp features to come across successfully.
Gwen maintained her rock star image by throwing in some of her patented elements and looked absolutely implausible.
