New York based shoe company Gwyneth have recently sued actress and socialite Paris Hilton for copying their shoe design and incorporating it in her own fashion line. It is claimed that Paris Hilton has copied their design element which is a heart cushion which was was patented in 2007 by the company. Paris has been found implementing heart-shaped pad on her heels’ insoles. It’s a trademark and patent infringement claims the company.
Attorneys for Gwyneth Shoes are demanding Paris to hand over every pair of shoes that features the pink heart element, reports the Daily Express.
Now that was a bad idea Paris. Create original designs or let those creating them live peacefully.
