Lila Moss Brings Retro Cool to Zadig & Voltaire as the Brand’s New Ambassador

On this page

Zadig & Voltaire has found its latest cool girl in Lila Moss.

The British model has been named the French fashion house’s new ambassador, stepping into the role with a campaign that feels playful, retro and just a little bit rebellious.

The pairing makes sense. Lila’s style has always leaned towards that effortless middle ground between polished and undone, and Zadig & Voltaire has built much of its identity around exactly the same tension.

A Softer Side of Zadig & Voltaire

One of the campaign’s strongest images keeps things surprisingly pared back.

Lila Moss Brings Retro Cool to Zadig & Voltaire as the Brand’s New Ambassador

Lila appears in a buttery pale-yellow leather jacket, zipped high at the neck with oversized button detailing framing the collar. The soft colour gives the leather a more refined feel, moving away from the usual black biker-jacket mood.

Then come the glasses.

A pair of oversized tortoiseshell optical frames adds a distinct seventies touch and changes the whole attitude of the portrait. Instead of going overtly sexy or rock-heavy, the styling feels smart, slightly bookish and very deliberate.

Her long blonde hair is centre-parted and worn loose, with lighter face-framing strands softening the look. Makeup stays minimal, keeping the focus on the glasses and the creamy leather.

It is simple, but memorable.

Glitter, Stripes and a Much Bolder Mood

The second look switches gears completely.

Lila Moss is Zadig & Voltaire Brand’s New Ambassador

Lila lounges across a bed in a black mini dress covered in glittering gold horizontal stripes, creating a body-skimming silhouette with plenty of shine.

The styling is more playful here. Oversized tinted sunglasses add a touch of attitude, while black boots with bold metallic gold detailing echo the sparkle of the dress without making the look feel too coordinated.

There is something almost mischievous about the image.

The setting is relaxed, but the outfit is anything but quiet. That contrast keeps the campaign from feeling overly polished and gives the shot a more spontaneous, lived-in energy.

Two Looks, Two Different Personalities

That contrast is really what makes the campaign work.

The pale-yellow leather look is clean, soft and slightly retro. The striped mini is sharper, sexier and much more overtly glamorous.

Together, they show two different sides of the Zadig & Voltaire woman without forcing either one too hard.

There is still a common thread, though.

Both looks have a little edge. Both rely on strong accessories. And neither feels overly styled.

That balance is very much part of the brand’s appeal.

Why Lila Moss Fits the Brand

Lila has steadily built her own fashion identity in recent years, moving between luxury labels, beauty campaigns and more contemporary brands without losing that relaxed quality that makes her instantly recognisable.

Zadig & Voltaire feels like a particularly natural match because the brand does not need her to become someone else.

The campaign works best when she looks like herself, just pushed slightly further into the house’s world of rock-inflected glamour, sharp accessories and easy Parisian cool.

And that is exactly what these images do.

Glamcheck Verdict

Soft leather, glitter stripes, oversized glasses. Lila gets the mood switch exactly right.
