Actress Vanessa Hudgens was pretty and glam as she attended Variety’s Power 6th Annual of Youth presented by Cartoon Network at Paramount Studios in Hollywood on September 15.
What she wore:
Peach dress
The High School Musical star was clad in a short, sleeveless peach dress with ruffles from top to bottom. The delicate color was perfect against her sun-kissed complexion while the ruffles imparted just a bit of a flirtatious quality. She accessorized her outfit with beige stacked pumps and dangle earrings that peeked out from under her hair.

Vanessa put her brown tresses up in a sweety curl do with several wisps left loose from a center parting to frame her face. Her lips were highlighted with a touch of youthful pink gloss and her almond-shaped peepers were lined darkly with kohl in addition to being mascarraed.

Ruffled outfits – especially ones that are fully ruffled like Vanessa’s dress – should only be an option if you have a petite frame. Ruffles add volume so you’ll look bloated if you are on the heavier side and don something like this. However, if you can’t resist the femininity of ruffles, try a top with ruffled accents. If the ruffles are on the bust line, your cup size will get an automatic boost without any special help.
