It was raining crop tops at the 2013 Teens Choice Award at the Gibson Ampitheater Universal in Los Angeles, CA. A lot amongst the young crop of celebrities were dressed in crop tops. Such a wide solidarity for the crop top on the red carpet would mean only one thing – they are majorly in trend right now.
