Popular medical drama Grey’s Anatomy completed 200 episodes and actress Ellen Pompeo couldn’t help but express her excitement through her wardrobe as she attended the celebratory party at The Colony in Los Angeles, California on September 28, 2013.
Statement Necklace
Ellen wore a black Lanvin jumpsuit and chose her most statement accessory – her necklace – by that designer as well. The jewellery piece in question was quite chunky with gold links big and small forming a bust-length chain that was further lengthened by what seemed to be gold carabiners of varying sizes. Who ever thought that mountain-climbing equipment could be so sexy!

The carabiners gave the necklace a unique and slightly quirky vibe which Ellen pulls of well mainly because it stands out against her all-black ensemble. It’s bold, a little funky, dramatic and experimental. We love it!
