Milan is preparing for a particularly strong Spring/Summer 2027 season, with a calendar that brings together fashion’s biggest houses, influential independents and a growing mix of international designers.
Running from September 22 to 28, 2026, Milan Fashion Week will open with the CNMI Fashion Hub before Prada takes the runway at 2:00 PM on September 22. The first day will also feature Diesel and Dhruv Kapoor, before the evening shifts into a more celebratory mood with Vogue World: Milano.
It is a fitting way to begin a week that looks less like a simple sequence of runway shows and more like a broad snapshot of where Milan fashion is heading.
The Heavyweights Arrive Early
September 23 is packed with established names, including Jil Sander, Fendi, Missoni, MM6 Maison Margiela and Etro, with Japanese brand Onitsuka Tiger adding an international note to the day.
The momentum continues on September 24 with Max Mara, Marni, Roberto Cavalli and Emporio Armani, while Vietnamese designer Phan Dang Hoang brings another global voice into the schedule.
By September 25, the calendar shifts into one of its most anticipated stretches, with Tod’s, Sportmax, Gucci, Moschino and The Attico all showing across the day.
That mix is what makes Milan interesting this season. The schedule still belongs to some of fashion’s most powerful houses, but it is no longer only about legacy names.
Saturday Belongs to Bottega Veneta
September 26 will see Ermanno Scervino, Ferragamo, Dolce&Gabbana and MSGM take over the day before Bottega Veneta closes the evening at 8:00 PM.
The placement gives Bottega one of the week’s most visible slots and makes Saturday one of the key dates to watch.
A day later, Giorgio Armani returns to the calendar on September 27, alongside Marques’Almeida and the Milano Moda Graduate show, keeping the focus on both established design language and the next generation.
Milan’s Newer Voices Matter Too
One of the strongest aspects of the Spring/Summer 2027 calendar is the space given to newer labels and international talent.
Names such as Institution by Galib Gassanoff, Simon Cracker, ACT N°1, Marco Rambaldi and Victor-Hartappear alongside the major houses, creating a more layered picture of Milan than the usual luxury heavy narrative.
That balance is important.
The city is still anchored by Prada, Gucci, Fendi, Bottega Veneta and Armani, but the newer names are increasingly shaping the energy around the week.
