Vegas magazine is celebrating its 9th anniversary and they chose to put stylish singer Kelly Rowland on their cover to mark the big year. The cover was revealed at an exclusive media event at the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 9.
Kelly is seen posing on the cover in a provocative but fun way, clad in a tiny shimmery black dress with a gold belt.
