We’re very used to seeing Victoria Justice in cutesy casual ensembles which nevertheless are quite stylish. The young star seems to want to break away from that image as is evident from the baby step she took in that direction with her outfit at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California on July 22.
What she wore:
Animal print halter dress
Victoria donned a short, loose-fitting animal print dress with a black halter neck and an asymmetrical hemline. The animal print was infused with psychedelic colours lending an air of youthfulness to her attire. She broke the monotony with a gem-studded black belt.
She looked even more grown up thanks to her nude pointy pumps and her black clutch purse. A silver bracelet and hoop earrings were her only other accessories.
Hair and Makeup:
Pinned-back hair; dark eyes
The 19-year-old singer styled her long hair in barely-discernible waves, pinning back a few strands at the crown for a textured look. Even the makeup palette she chose was slightly different than usual. Her kohl-lined, mascarraed eyes had a definite come-hither thing going on and the soft pink on her lips and cheeks reflected a more mature persona.
