Bollywood actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Soha Ali Khan attended a press meet with students in Mumbai, India on August 23 for an interactive session as part of Classmate’s “Follow Your Heart” Campaign.

The duo spoke to students about the importance of sticking to your guns and making your dreams come true no matter what anyone else had to say about it. The students fired several questions at both Soha and Ayushmann, one of which led Soha to reveal how she had struggled with becoming an actor.

Although she always loved acting, she said that she had been afraid that if she got into the film industry then people would say she had taken the easy way out since both her brother Saif Ali Khan and her mother Sharmila Tagore are bigwigs of Bollywood.

But she was determined to make it on her own terms and related how she would watch herself cry in the mirror and mentally take notes so that she could call upon those lessons when she had to do a scene that involved crying.

Both Soha and Ayushmann sported casual outfits to the event which went down well with the young crowd. Ayushmann wore black pants and a monochrome checked shirt with a beige blazer, black tie and white trainers. He looked very like a student himself in this school boy avatar.

Soha’s outfit was also down to earth, comprising of a red and black checked shirt with black jeans and knee-high beige boots. A relaxed, side-swept ponytail and natural makeup completed her look.
