In a new development in the case regarding custodial rights of Mel Gibson’s one year old daughter, the actor’s lawyers have launched a bid to gain full custody of daughter Lucia. Ex-girlfriend and mother of the child, Oksana Grigorieva currently has the custody of the tot but Gibson’s legal team has alleged that she does not have best interests of Lucia at heart and just wishes to damage Gibson’s reputation, reports TMZ.com.
Judge Scott Gordon had earlier warned the Russian that she should not talk to the press regarding the case but Oksana nevertheless went ahead and opened up on the news show Larry King Live which was telecasted on Wednesday.
