Victoria Justice continues her promotional tour of “Victorious” across the European continent. She was spotted on a photocall in Madrid, Spain at the ME Hotel on February 23.
The 19-year-old posed for the shutterbugs in a youthful, fun and stylish ensemble. She wore a bright red mini dress paired with a smart short black jacket, black stockings and black lace-up booties.
Hair left loose in messy curls, the teen star completed her look with mascara and red lipstick.
