Underwire Bras

Under wired bra are designed to enable some extra support and shape to your breasts that that too by allowing minimum possible coverage to the breasts.

They feature a metallic or plastic wire running under each cup to provide support to the bust.

You may find them uncomfortably digging, pinching or poking into your skin, if you are wearing an under wire bra that is too tight for you.

A properly fitting under-wire should sit snugly under the breast to encircle them and give a more defined and rounded look.

Demi cups may eliminate all chances of an under-wire poking near or under your arms.

Demi bras, push-up bras, strapless bras and low plunge bras all feature under-wires.

Under-wires are for women with a banana body shape that has little curves. Curvaceous women may find the under-wires digging into their skin. Hourglass and pear body shape may feel them poking into their curves.

As the under-wires offer very less surface area to support the breasts, transferring most of the weight on the shoulder straps, women with larger bust size may find the style uncomfortable.

Triangle Bras

A triangle bra is triangular in shape.

They may be under-wired or have none at all.

They may offer good support and a natural shape to your breasts.

The center of a triangle bra is merely connected to the chest strap of the bra.

Male Bras

Male bras are bras worn by men with Gynecomastia.

They are designed not to lift or support but to conceal and flatten.
