Charlie Day can look forward to an extra special Christmas this year. The actor’s first child is due in December.
His wife Mary Elizabeth Ellis who co-stars with him on the TV sitcom It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is five months pregnant with their first baby.
Day told People.com that the baby is due in December. He said that Ellis feels fantastic and they are both very excited. They decided that this was a good time for them to have a child, and they were blessed that it is happening.
He added that he was thankful that the happy event would occur in winter as both he and Ellis would be on hiatus from work.
The timing couldn’t be more perfect, he stated. His family from the East Coast and her family from the south would have to come see them at their LA home this Christmas.
